Reinstatement by HG & H.O.R.R (Home & Office Reinstatement & Restoration) is the demolition & reinstatement division under HG Group which provides reinstatement and restoration services for retail lot, office lot, residences & commercial shop to clients within Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Malaysia nationwide EXCEPT Sabah & Sarawak.

B. TYPES of RESTORATION Work

Flooring Restoration Work

A. Install back original cement screed smooth finishing flooring AFTER floor tiles hacking job (Example for shop lot and office lot within office tower)

B. Install and/or replace existing DAMAGE or NON-ORIGINAL floor tiles back to ORIGINAL FLOOR TILES DESIGN

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  1. Existing vinyl floor finishes, AFTER removal will be having sticky glue stain whereby will be UNABLE to remove 100% by scrapping off. Estimate 50% to 60% stickiness will be remain onsite depends on what type of glue the previous contractor using during installation.
  2. Best solutions is to hack off the existing cement screed surface around 50mm thickness and to re-do the cement screed BUT this solutions is costly. This quotation DOES NOT include to hack and re-do new cement screed flooring.

A. Install back original ceiling based on original layout

B. Install and/or replace existing damaged (2’x2′ or 2’x4′) ceiling board (Example for office lot within office tower)

1. Install back new brick wall etc

2. Install back new partition wall etc

3. Install back pelmet or bulkhead on shop front etc

4. Install back neutral pier etc

1. To supply material and paint to paint back original lot color etc

1. Install back electrical power point and/or lighting work

2. Install back sprinkler point etc

3. Install back AC, ducting and/or M&E point based on original layout plan

4. Relocate back main DB to original location

5. Install new to replace existing damaged isolator (Follow building requirement)

6. Lot re-wiring work (If required)

1. Metal work

2. Plumbing & piping work

3. Glass work

4. Aluminium work

5. Building structure restoration work (Example, slab seal off etc)

6. Others restoration work based on building/mall’s management requirement (If required)

NOTES: Different mall or building management is having different requirement. For more accurate preparation, please check with mall fit out and/or building management team.
